Laichow Capeline 15cm Brim

Hand-woven laichow (rice straw) braid approximately 12mm wide sewn together to make a capeline. These capelines can be stiffened (we recommend lacquer-based stiffener like Powder Stiffener) and blocked. They offer fantastic sun protection as there are no holes in the weave, like many other straw hats. This straw can’t be dyed at home with much success but can be painted for some interesting effects.
